BSN (Candidate) • RN (Candidate)

Compassionate BSN candidate with 700+ clinical hours across diverse settings, ready to deliver patient-centered care with empathy and precision.
A future nurse driven by compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to whole-person care across every patient population.
Ella is graduating from Mount Saint Mary's University with a BSN, building on a prior Bachelor of Science in Psychology from CSU Channel Islands. With close to 700 clinical hours spanning neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, psychiatric emergency, OBGYN, oncology, and ICU settings, she brings a uniquely well-rounded clinical foundation. Bilingual in English and Hebrew, she is recognized for remaining calm in high-acuity environments, advocating fiercely for her patients, and collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams. Her five years of professional experience in TMS therapy and behavioral health give her an additional edge in understanding both the physical and psychological dimensions of patient care.
"She is already the kind of nurse I would want caring for my children: Someone who genuinely cares and advocates with a gentle yet fierce presence. She exhibited excellent critical thinking skills and her ability to reflect on patient cases with deep compassion was refreshing to witness."
"She will one day make an excellent nurse, given all of her qualities. Her position is multifaceted, requiring a personal touch with patients, an administrative role to manage documentation, and technical expertise to safely and effectively administer treatment. She had done an excellent job in all areas."
"Emmanuelle consistently demonstrated a strong grasp of nursing fundamentals, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice. She approaches each patient with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Her professionalism, reliability, and willingness to take initiative set her apart from her peers."
"Ella provided culturally sensitive care for patients with a variety of neurological problems. She was always perceptive to each patient's unique needs, anticipated possible complications, and prepared to address all of them timely and effectively. Unit nurses commended her gentle, compassionate, and positive attitude."
